Summary
The Warehouse Manager will oversee daily operational activities. This includes managing multiple departments within the operations teams for maximum productivity. The Warehouse Operations Manager will be able to develop and maintain an environment of trust, diversity, and inclusion within the operations team. The Warehouse Manager will be able to increase the efficiency of existing processes and procedures to enhance the company’s internal capacity. The Warehouse Manager will oversee safety standards to ensure that products are dispatched and delivered safely and efficiently. The Warehouse Manager is also responsible for the direction, coordination, implementation, executive, control, and completion of the projects while remaining aligned with the strategy, commitments, and goals of Warehouse of Fixtures.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Supervisory Responsibilities
Assists in supervision of employees in the Warehouse and the operations team. Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work. Lead, motivate, and support a large team within a demanding environment, including career development plans for direct reports and problem resolution

Planning/Organizing - Prioritizes and plans work activities; uses time efficiently; plans for additional resources; sets goals and objectives; organizes or schedules other people and their tasks; develops realistic action plans. Strong knowledge of warehousing Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
Education and/or Experience: Bachelor's degree from four-year college or university; or five plus years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Certificates, Licenses, Registrations : Forklift certification and Class E license
