Key Responsibilities:
• Perform full-body waxing services using proper techniques and hygienic practices
• Shape and style eyebrows with precision, based on client preference and facial structure
• Offer brow enhancements including brow lamination and tinting
• Conduct client consultations to ensure satisfaction and comfort
• Maintain a clean and sanitized work environment in compliance with health and safety standards
• Recommend appropriate aftercare and retail products to support client results
• Maintain accurate client records and treatment notes
• Uphold the spa’s standards of excellence, professionalism, and guest service

Qualifications:
• Valid state esthetics or cosmetology license required
• 1+ years of experience in professional waxing services
• Proven expertise in brow shaping, lamination, and tinting techniques
• Certification or experience in eyelash extensions is a plus
• Passion for beauty and wellness with a warm and professional demeanor
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
• Ability to build lasting relationships with clients and work well within a team
