Customer Service Representative-Call Center (On-Site)
Location: Columbia, SC (In-office only)
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00?AM-5:00?PM
Annual Pay Range: $31,200-$38,000 ($15-$18/hr)

What You’ll Do
-Handle inbound calls with professionalism, empathy, and answer questions, offer support, and solve problems.
-Accurately log call details and service requests in our system.
-Maintain positive relationships and follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction.
-Collaborate with teammates and escalate issues as needed to resolve customer concerns.
