Job Description Insight Global is seeking a Senior Salesforce Administrator for a growing advertising services firm in Newport Beach, CA. This role focuses on building and optimizing the Salesforce platform to enhance business processes. Key responsibilities include streamlining processes, creating databases, dashboards, and reports, integrating systems, and taking ownership of created processes. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, experience working with stakeholders, and a growth mindset. This is a full-time position requiring on-site work up to three times a week. Skills and Requirements Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Business or related field 5+ years of experience in a Salesforce Administrator role 3+ years of experience with Salesforce Flow Proficient in building custom applications on the platform using non-standard objects. Proficient in utilizing MS Office & Flowcharting tools to document processes. Experience in performing data cleanup, extraction and data importing.
