**Position Overview**
As the HRIS Senior Analyst - Workforce Management Support at Performance Food Group Corporation, you will serve as the subject matter expert for Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS), with specific concentration on workforce management (UKG/WFM). This role is crucial in ensuring setup and data accuracy of WFM; and analyzing WFM data to glean insights and support decision making. You will collaborate with HR and IT teams to optimize UKG/WFM systems and integrations, ensuring we maintain accurate and comprehensive employee records while driving digital transformation across the organization.
**Key Responsibilities**
+ Act as the primary support for system enhancements and upgrades related to WFM.
+ Ensure data integrity by maintaining accurate employee records in alignment with reporting requirements.
+ Generate reports and analyze workforce data related to timekeeping, scheduling, and leave management analytics.
+ Provide training and ongoing support to HR staff on HRIS functionalities, including extensive use of various time and attendance applications, including Kronos, Work Force Dimensions, and UKG WFM to manage accruals, activities, attendance, and analytics.
+ Collaborate cross-functionally with teams across the organization to enhance HR processes and support transformation initiatives.
+ Lead projects aimed at optimizing WFM efficiency and streamlining HRMS support processes (from front end productivity systems through to UKG Payroll).
+ Maintain a high level of customer service-oriented practices to serve the various HR stakeholders.

**Required Qualifications:**
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in HRIS or workforce management.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and HRIS software, specifically Kronos, Work Force Dimensions, and UKG WFM.
