We are seeking a strategic, business-oriented FP&A Senior Analyst to join our finance team and partner closely with our Product organization. The FP&A Senior Analyst will be responsible for assisting with financial forecasting, budgeting, and analysis to support strategic decision-making across the organization. This role is critical in bringing financial analysis to product strategy, roadmap planning, and R&D investment decisions.

  • Develop and maintain financial models for various business units and projects.
  • Analyze financial data to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Act as the primary finance partner to the Product team—supporting roadmap prioritization, resource planning, and initiative-level ROI assessments.
  • Build and maintain financial models to support budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning for Product and R&D functions.
  • Support monthly reporting and variance analysis; translate performance metrics into actionable insights for Product and Finance leadership.

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of FP&A, investment banking, or financial consulting experience; ideally in a SaaS or tech environment.
  • Strong financial modeling and analytical skills with advanced Excel proficiency.
  • Exceptional communication skills with the ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Sound understanding of financial statements and accounting principles.
  • Business mindset with attention to detail and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Familiarity with SaaS metrics (e.g., ARR, product gross margin, retention).
  • Working knowledge of SQL and experience using data tools (e.g., Snowflake, Power BI, Tableau).
  • Experience supporting Product, R&D, or Engineering organizations.
  • Exposure to development cycles and software capitalization practices.
