We are looking for a Sales Account Manager who will be responsible for developing new client relationships, generating long-term partnerships, and working collaboratively in a team environment to provide excellent client service.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities
As a Sales Account Manager, you’ll be responsible for generating new business through proactive prospecting, networking, and referrals. You’ll conduct in-depth needs analyses, identifying key objectives and collaborating with our Technical Department to craft tailored solutions.
You'll develop and present proposals, follow a proven sales process to close deals, and work closely with both internal and external marketing teams to support your efforts with effective materials and strategies. Throughout long sales cycles, you’ll maintain consistent communication with clients, represent the company at expos and networking events. You’ll also work closely with leadership and your teammates to support ongoing learning and development, assist in training when needed, and take on new challenges with confidence.Skills and Experience
Minimum of 2 years of experience selling solutions and/or services
Associates Degree or equivalent experience is required.
Pleasant phone voice and demeanor
Outgoing and confident personality
Must have strong organizational and prioritization skills
Knowledge of Microsoft Office, including but not limited to Outlook and Excel
Familiarity with Sales CRM software preferred
Strong client and team interaction focusing on:
Problem-Solving
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Must be collaborative in nature and excel in a team-based environment
Detail oriented
Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced office environment +
Transportation
Must have a reliable vehicle, valid driver’s license, and valid insurance. Considering this is an outside sales position, a clear driving record within the past 5 years may be required for company insurance coverage.
HR Information
Base pay of $50,000-$70,000
Up to 90,000 OTE in your first year
Up to $160,000 OTE in succeeding years
