Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Physical Therapist (PT) on a per diem basis to join our team in West Los Angeles. This position offers a flexible schedule, ideal for professionals seeking to manage their own work-life balance while delivering exceptional patient care.

Responsibilities:

• Evaluate and implement customized treatment plans for patients experiencing physical challenges.
• Conduct therapeutic exercises and provide manual therapy to enhance patient mobility.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Educate patients and families on continuing care post-treatment.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient progress.

Qualifications:

• Licensed Physical Therapist (PT) in California 
• Home health experience preferred but not required.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong tech skills (comfort with various EMRs and using tablet for documentation)
• Ability to work independently and manage a flexible schedule.
• Current California driver’s license, good driving record, and reliable transportation
