Our Hospice Department is looking for an Admissions Nurse to join the Interim Healthcare Team! This position will be responsible for admissions in KS. We are locally owned and operated and believe in a culture of work/life balance. Hospice Admissions Nurse Essential Functions: The Admission Nurse facilitates the evaluation and admission of patients to hospice services in alignment with hospice philosophy, mission, goals and objectives. The Admission Nurse is responsible for performing an initial comprehensive nursing assessment and communicating with the Hospice Medical Director using the applicable Local Coverage Determinations. The Admissions Nurse will document the comprehensive assessment and initial plan of care in the patient’s medical record. Work Hours: Monday - Friday 8:30a-5:00p Hospice Admissions Nurse Requirements:

• At least one (1) year of RN experience
• One (1) year experience as a Hospice Nurse
• Admissions nursing exp preferred
• Current RN license for KS and MO or Multistate License
• Graduate of an accredited nursing program
• Valid driver's license and auto insurance
