Title :  Corporate & Litigation Paralegal 

Location: Portland, OR Hybrid 3 days onsite 

Duration: 12 months

JOB DESCRIPTION

· Corporate & litigation paralegal experience

· Litigation support experience, including coordination with outside counsel, document review, and case management

· Discovery experience, including collecting, organizing, and producing documents in response to subpoenas and discovery requests

· Experience with business licenses, corporate organization, foreign qualifications, and similar corporate filings

· Experience managing due diligence and regulatory filings

· Strong written and verbal communication skills; excellent writing and proofreading abilities

· Proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel and SharePoint

· Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills

· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

· Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new subject matter areas

· Experience working both independently and as part of a small team

· Ability to maintain effective relationships across departments and with external legal teams
