**What You'll Do**

• Dismantle and accurately reassemble equipment, maintaining high-performance standards.
• Add decals and name plates, putting the finishing touches on quality work.
• Perform detailed inspections, replace wiring, and ensure compliance with product specifications.
• Update plumbing and tubing to maintain excellent functionality.
• Comprehensively document activities and consumables used.
• Commit to maintaining a clean, safe workspace.
• Embrace continuous improvement initiatives.
• Participate actively in equipment inventory checks.
• Safely operate machines such as forklifts and pallet jacks when necessary.

**Candidate Profile**

• Completion of high school or GED is mandatory.
• An advantage with a minimum of one year’s warehouse-related inventory experience.
• Preferred background in basic electrical and plumbing is valued.
• Strong aptitude in diagnostics and problem-solving.
• Skillful reading of measurement instruments like ohmmeters.
• Demonstrable mechanical ability.
• Capability to lift up to 50 pounds, and stand for long shifts.
• Focused on continuous learning and improvement.
• Communicate effectively and work well with diverse teams.
• Pursue high standards of operational excellence personally and collectively.
